M&A Associate Belgium

Our client, a leading Investment Bank is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual to join its Brussels office as an M&A Associate. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team advising clients on strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital raising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A transactions across various sectors.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and industry research.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Participate in due diligence processes and deal structuring.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams across international offices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
